Sivara Refund & Return Policy
At Sivara, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
1. Return & Exchange Period
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Once the return request is approved, the returned product(s) must reach us within 5-7 days.
2. Reverse Pick-Up Service
- We offer a reverse pick-up service for returns. A Rs. 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted at the time of refund per order, irrespective of the number of items in the order.
- The pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to our return address.
- Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of service in your area.
3. Refund & Store Credit
- For prepaid and COD orders, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided within 5 working days after we receive the returned product(s). This store credit can be used for future purchases.
- The amount will be credited within 7 days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Condition of Returned Products
- The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- If the product is returned in a damaged, used, or worn condition, a refund will not be processed.
